SurveilSafe: Protecting Those at Risk from Digital Surveillance

SurveilSafe is a security focused charity dedicated to helping individuals at risk of digital surveillance, particularly those in domestic abuse situations or facing threats from family members or ex-partners. We provide critical services, including:

• TSCM (Technical Surveillance Countermeasures) sweeps, often known as bug sweeps, to detect and remove covert listening devices, hidden cameras, and GPS trackers in homes, vehicles, and personal devices.
• Physical security audits to assess vulnerabilities such as weak or easily bypassed locks, unsecured entry points, and hidden security flaws that could allow unwanted access. We provide recommendations to improve home and personal security.
• Account security assistance to help individuals regain control of compromised accounts, secure their personal data, and set up protections like two-factor authentication to prevent future intrusions.
• Evidence documentation to maintain a proper chain of custody if signs of illegal surveillance or digital abuse are discovered. We work with legal professionals and law enforcement where appropriate to support victims in taking action.

At present, we are operating at full capacity as we work through urgent cases.
